In-person delivery

Virtual delivery
All three programmes are available as live virtual cohorts — same content, same facilitator rigour, scheduled in two-hour afterhours sessions. Participants attend without leaving work. Approximately 30% less per person than in-person rates.
The full PM Essentials programme delivered across four two-hour sessions over two weeks. Digital workbook provided. Same learning outcomes as in-person, structured for afterhours attendance.
Applied Project Management as a live virtual cohort across three weeks. Full programme content with digital workbook, live exercises and facilitator support between sessions.
Strategic PM Leadership as a live virtual cohort across three weeks. Six focused sessions on executive-level delivery thinking, portfolio strategy and complex stakeholder leadership.
